    For paper goods such as invitations, notepads, or notecards, production can take up to 5-7 days and shipping is typically 1-4 days. For personalized cups and napkins, the production times are 2-3 weeks. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Please reach out if you have a short timeframe for your order.

  • Returns/Exchanges

    Please request a proof when ordering if you would like to see a digital proof prior to print. Please note that colors on the computer screen look differently than in person and contact me with any issues or concerns upon receiving your order. Because of the personalized nature of my products, I don't accept returns but will take steps to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
